Devoted Health, a Medicare Advantage Payer has picked Qualtrics to improve member experiences for its MA population. Qualtrics provides realtime, actionable consumer preferences and intelligence. Qualtrics has been very sucessful in the consumer products sector and has rolled out some patient experience tools for the healthcare industiry such as HCAHPS Surveys.
It will be interesting to see how Qualtrics intergrates their CX dashboard into Devoted’s Medicare Advantage member systems. This partnership would be very beneficial to Devoted as the health plan has expotentially expanded their plan offerings in multiple new markets. Leveraging an innovator in customer experience will help with member retention in the always competitive Medicare Advantage market.
